SECOND IS COMPETITION ITS WIN OR LOSS BUT CONFLICT BECOMES WIDER WHEN THE WINNER TAKES IT ALL AND THE LOSER IS DEPRIVED OF ITS SHARE AT STAKE
CONFLICT WILL BE TRANSFORMED INTO ITS WORSE SCENARIO IF THE WINNER WILL NOT GIVE A CHANCE TO THE LOSER..
IN OTHER WORDS..TO AVOID WIDER CONFLICT, THERE MUST ALWAYS BE A COMPETITION TO GIVE APPROPRIATE RIGHT TO EVERYBODY TO WIN.. IT MEANS IN OUR SOCIETY THERE IS ALWAYS A STRUGGLE
THIRD IS ACCOMODATION.BUT ACCOMODATION WILL ONLY RESOLVE CONFLICT TEMPORARILY. BOTH PARTIES ARE NOT AGREEABLE TO ANY UNFINISHED BUSINESS
FOURTH IS THROUGH COMPROMISE. AN AGREEMENT TO DELAY ACTION AND SET ANOTHER RESOLVE
FINALLY COLLABORATION CAN BENEFIT BOTH PARTIES BY RESOLVING CONFLICT THROUGH UNITY BY MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING AND LIMITATION OF BOTH PARTIES
CONFLICT MAY LEAD TO UNITY IF THE LOSER AGREE AND RECOGNIZE THE CLAIM OF THE WINNER..AND TO AVOID CONFLICT IN THE FUTURE..EVERYBODY SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO COMPETE..ITS WIN OR LOSS WHOSE RULES ARE MUTUALLY ACCEPTED BY ALL
